We are a family team that knows the meaning of teamwork and how to get the job done. Sarah O‘Toole, our transaction coordinator, has a B.S. in Finance. Her job is to shepherd each transaction from contract to closing. Her attention to detail, keen business acumen, and professionalism make her a valuable asset to our team. Joanna Altman, our Team manager, also holds a Bachelors degree from Florida State University. Joanna is the conduit through which all information flows that comes in to our office. She handles listing maintenance, call coordination and risk management compliance among a host of other things. Leighton Hyde handles the marketing and sales for our clients. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from Florida State University and has been a real estate sales consultant for over 10 years in the Greater Brandon area. Laura Harris, our Team Leader, earned a degree in Advertising from Florida State University. She has been selling real estate in the area for over fifteen years.
